INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS POLICY
Mansell Mining & Shotcrete Services has a policy of promoting and maintaining a harmonious working environment for all staff. This is achieved by the following key initiatives:
- Foster a team-based approach between staff, supervisors and management, to encourage communication and commitment toward corporate goals.
- Address any grievances as they arise, maintaining a commitment to resolve them through open communication at all levels of line management.
- Staff are encouraged to discuss any unresolved issues direct with Senior Management.
- Our Standards of Behavior and Safety Rules are set out in our Employee Handbook Employee misconduct and breaches of organisational policy will not be tolerated.
All Company personnel are required to co-operate with management in achieving the objectives as outlined in this policy.
